Role: Senior Oracle OA framework Developer Location: Fremont, CA Duration: 3 Months Following items would be covered while extending and customizing the Oracle Knowledge Management • HTML editing - Use additional fonts • HTML editing - Changing Font sizes for Statement details • HTML editing - Statement-summary formatting • Statement Search - Must Display only statement summary • Search - Click on "GO" button, ENTER doesn't work. • Search Criteria - Search criteria based on user choice (OR/AND). • Search Criteria - Keyword Search for Solutions currently in progress • Auto-Links - OQO integrate • iSupport - Link Knowledge Base to iSupport. • Security - Attachment display • Solution control – Movement of Multiple rows statements inside solution • Notification – Modifications to Existing Published Solution. • Copy/paste from Word or other s/w, does not properly put in the tags when creating statements. Duplication of data-entry is required • "Item" field in search criteria. Item defining process approach. • Category security groups for various statements inside a solution. Customer would like to explore use of 'Category security groups'; it would be nice to have levels within Internal and external – such as external for customers, external for resellers, etc, so that within one solution, there could be multiple security levels for different statements -- Thanks & Regards...
