Toad, MQC for test plans, execution and defect tracking, Oracle 10 and expert level SQL • System/software experience nice to have: QTP, Unix / Unix shell programming, Perl, Awk, Sed • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Good understanding of project management • Microsoft Office • Knowledge of multiple automation tools • Ability to establish department objectives/goals • Ability to work professionally with all team members. • Ability to escalate issues appropriately.
