The ideal candidate is someone that has coded with .NET and has a solid
understanding for .NET and is very strong in SQL & T-SQL
**
Sr. Database Developer which includes the following responsibilities:
Development and maintenance of new project and modules, enhancement of
existing modules using T-SQL based on new/current business logic.
Responsible for ETL process development and maintenance of as a part of
application data feed using SQL Server Integration Services, .NET and T-SQL.

Production support and maintenance of existing projects/modules using SQL
Server 2005 and SSIS.
Required Skills
Minimum hands on experience in SQL Server 2000 (3Years), SQL Server 2005
(1.5 years), SSIS (1 Years) development. SSIS developments from scratch
(using Visual Studio Solution) not using import/export wizard.
Must be strong at T-SQL , various Database Join types, SQL Grouping, use of
built-in functions/User defined functions, system stored procedures, DTS,
advance features of SQL Server 2005.
Understanding Entity-Relationship and coding using ER diagram.
Experience with handling large tables/databases, Query performance tuning,
Distributed Transaction, Distributed Queries/Linked Servers.
Experience of modifying/analyzing existing complex code to
extract/understand business logic.
Experience in .NET (mid level)
Must be able to work in a team
Familiar with Agile Development
Flexible and self-motivated, with ability to work on multiple projects
simultaneously.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly
communicate ideas and results to diverse business and technical audiences.
Analytical skills, ability to 'think outside the box', and move concepts to
implementation.
Ability to take ownership of the task assigned.
Hours Normal business hours.
Education Any Bachelor degree and at least 4-6 years experience in SQL
Server Database Development.
