*Description:* The Wireless Asset Management  (WAM) dept is responsible for
the provisioning, user support, invoice processing and cost distribution of
Pagers, Cell Phones, Air Cards, Blackberries, and ATT Calling Cards. The
Wireless assistant is responsible for provisioning, help desk technical
support, service terminations, returned equipment processing, service
transfers into and out of IDS accounts, zero usage analysis and data base
update.

*Primary Job Duties:*
Invoice processing
Process Wireless Carrier invoices for charge back to users department.
1) Provisioning Blackberrys
Placing orders with Carriers (on line, email and telecon) for Blackberrys,
accessories, service.
2) Phone number ports
Processing through to completion requests for phone number ports
3) Help Desk support
Understand the problems and resolution of these problems with Blackberrys
and Cell phones - working with the user, the carriers and the Raytheon
technicians

4) Zero usage analysis
Reports are requested from the carriers identifying zero and low usage
wireless devices. Contact the owner to determine why device is not being
used and unless a back up unit for emergencies, terminates the service, and
updates the databases.

5) Terminations
Present process identifies services assigned to users who no longer work for
Raytheon - Directs carrier to terminate service and updates databases

6) Text Messaging
Analyze carrier invoices for user who are getting charged for text messaging
and could benefit from being move to text messaging rate plan - and instruct
the carriers to put them on rate plans

7) High invoice amounts
Analyze carrier invoices for high invoice amounts, determine if company
usage or abuse  - if company usage, work with user to final alternate
communication methods if possible (VoIP etc) - if abuse - instruct carrier
to terminate service

8) Processing returned equipment
Process returned equipment to verify termination of service, erasing of
memory, disposition and updating of databases
9) Transfer of service and ownership
Present process identifies users who have transferred out of IDS / NCS NE
but for which the charges are still on IDS invoices. Contractor will verify
ownership and coordinated transfer to users business unit account, updates
databases

*Requirements*
Current experience working with the Wireless Carriers for order placement,
invoice analysis, account activation and trouble shooting

Current experience as help desk level one and two support for BlackBerry
devices and cell phones
Recent experience (with in a year) working in Raytheon as employee or
contractor
The ability to work well in a team environment.
Competency in MS Office is required with specific competency in MS Excel.
Competency with Internet Explorer and web site navigation / data entry.
Ability to understand directions and carry them out without significant
monitoring
Understanding of database concepts and principles
Excellent communication and people skills
*Required Education / Experience:*
Understanding of Blackberry and cell phone usage
Aptitude for wireless devices
Associates Degree in accounting, finance or technical field with 1 years
working experience or High school diploma and 2 years working
