Need candidate with OSP (Open Source Platform) experience in telecom billing
domain
Need experience in Instant Convergent Charging.
- Be able to consult and guide End Customer on gathering the required
pre-requisites for OSP configuration (IP, SS7, etc.) for CNI / DTG
documents, such as network bandwidth,
capacity and other requirements.
- Install and configure ICC and OSP for multiserver configuration. Be
able to troubleshoot failover scenarios and provide consultative corrective
actions
- Configuration / testing of ICC services and network interfaces
including SS7/sigtran support
- Configure and implement tariff plans in ICC after consultation with
End Customer
- Support back-office integration including business / process flows
over the HLAPI.
- Support End Customer on product functional testing of solution.
- Troubleshoot issues and be able to work with back-office teams to
drive resolutions
