Key is plenty of WebSphere Portal experience, Strong development skills/deployment on WebSphere Portal is required, Candidates must have done some UI work and end to end work on portal. Need to know benefits of WebSphere Portal over simple J2EE applications ? Need the guy to walk on water. Very effective who can lead, can mentor users Client has Agile Development environment, SCRUM is being used, Candidate must be comfortable to work with business users/IT, have to have excellent communication/interpersonal SKILLS !! Bottom-line, Looking for Java/J2EE Architect who is WebSphere Portal GURU.
