*Job Description:*

*The SBA will be part of the Business Services team and will work closely
with the Project Phoenix HR/Payroll core team through the implementation of
Oracle's E-Business Suite.  The analyst will interact with business users,
and the development and testing teams.  The analyst will build system
configurations, design Test Plans, assist with test execution and record
results.  The analyst will also monitor conversion processes, write Oracle
Discover reports, problem solve and provide informal training to TJX
HR/Payroll and Business Service team members.*

*Requirements:*

   - *Strong HR/Payroll background.*
   - *2+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite.*
   - *Working knowledge of generally accepted HR practices*
   - *Knowledge of the retail environment is preferred*
   - *Strong Oracle skills in OAB, HR, Compensation and Payroll.*
   - *Strong Organizational skills*
   - *High level of analytical and problem solving skills.*
   - *Excellent written and oral communication skills*
   - *Experience with standards for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and Systems
   Life Cycle Methodology*
