Title : Business Analyst Location : Windsor Mill, MD Length : 6months NOTE: NEED GC/CITIZEN ONLY Requirements analyst with experience taking business requirements and creating systems requirements Must have experience with Quality Center and Mercury test tools Should have experience understanding and reading XML and SQL Experience with Requiste Pro a plus Experience with UML and Unified Rational Process (RUP) preferred MUST have excellent attention to detail Must be a self starter with a `can do` aggressive attitude and willing to go the extra mile to accomplish the task Ability to work under tight timeframes. Excellent organizational skills. Capability to handle sensitive and complex issues with discretion and good judgment. Problem resolution skills.
