Hello All, We have to backfill a Team Leader at our client in Palm Springs. We currently have about 13 people deployed there. Key thing is we need very very good interpersonal skills and excellent leadership skills. Person has to be able to work with our client in a consultative fashion and in addition have solid Cognos and ETL experience.....Rate is around 55/hr. Need person to start ASAP in Palm Springs and continue through end of Feb. with likely extension beyond that.....
I was told that 3+ yrs Cognos development experience is required and min. 2yrs Lead experience for probably a total of 8 yrs prof. experience..... Could you let me know if you have someone? Again, don't waste time on candidates that are solid technically but who lack the consultative/communications/leadership skills....
