** *LOCAL TO NJ, NY, MD OR MA NEEDED!!!INPERSON REQUIRED!!!!* ** *General Qualifications* *• Experience in developing/maintaining/upgrading Oracle 10g application using Forms and Reports Services hosted on an Oracle 9i RDBMS hosted on UNIX platform. • Experience in PL/SQL developing and maintaining stored procedures and triggers. • Experience in application level problem diagnosis and trouble shooting, resolution and testing. • Experience with configuration management and reports services. • Experienced and skilled in developing and updating design documents and project artifacts. • Considerable experience in conducting unit and systems integration testing. • Experience in developing scripts for automated load/volume testing. • Experience in a lead developer role on a large mission critical and highly available (365x24x7) enterprise engagement with responsibility for application performance analysis. • Experience supporting an enterprise application upgrade to improve performance efficiencies. * *Mandatory Requirements* *• A degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 7-10 years experience in application software design and development with Oracle client/server technologies. • Strong programming skills in Oracle Forms and Reports (9i-10g). • Strong working knowledge in Stored Procedure Programming for Oracle PL/SQL (9i-10g). • Superior organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support and documentation. • Hands-on approach with ability to deliver to commitments. • Self motivated and highly professional with ability to take on responsibility. • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. • Excellent client (internal & external) communication and liaison skills. • Team player with strong initiative and good command of spoken and written English.* *Other Desired Skills* *• Experience in developing or supporting criminal justice or law enforcement applications. • Experience performing setup, configuration and tuning Oracle Application Server (9i, 10g). • Oracle Discoverer (any version) and UNIX (HP-UX, Linux). • UNIX Shell Scripting. • Conversion experience from Oracle 9i to Oracle 10g/11g Database.
