*Position Description: Experience Level: 4 year degree plus 7-10 years experience. · PAC2000 Business Analyst responsible for coordinating, analyzing and QA testing of enhancements being placed within the PAC2000 platform. · Required to have knowledge of BMC's Atrium Asset Management application running on the Remedy platform. · Knowledge of Atrium and Remedy is an absolute must along with experience in writing coordinating and executing test scripts. · Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is also a requirement. · Knowledge and/or certification in ITIL methodology is a plus. · Another plus is knowledge working with and maintaining data in a Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB).
