Development includes front-end applications. * *Skills Required: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with at least 7 to 8 years of related work experience. Proficient in J2EE, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, XML, JDBC, SQL, J2EE Patterns, STRUTS. Proven experience in playing a lead role on application teams. Good problem solving and debugging skills Effective written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical ability. Working knowledge of IBM RAD Version 6, & IBM WAS Version 6 would be nice to have Additional Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Should be able to work with the technical leads and architects and understand the concepts and be able to translate them into solutions.
