PROJECT/POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Programmer Analyst. This individual should have a minimum of 4 years
experience within a financial services firm. Must successfully demonstrate
ability to code, test, develop, modify, implement and/or enhance an
application. A solid history of application development, support,
modifications, enhancements and troubleshooting. Must deliver timely and
quality services that meet or exceed team manager and client expectations.
The preferred candidate should possess the following: Excellent oral and
written communication skills; Must be a team player who works well with
technical and non-technical resources; Must be able to take strategic direction
from executive management; Initiative; Must be able to see tasks through to
completion without significant guidance; Ability to work independently.
