Contractor’s proposed Mainframe Software developer(s) is required to have the following minimum qualifications which shall be clearly denoted on the required resumes, and CDLE shall interview proposed developer(s) who meet the minimum qualifications prior to selection:
1) A minimum of five (5) years computer systems analysis and testing skills at a Senior level (a Senior level requires minimal supervision). This experience must be verifiable and references are required.
2) A minimum of five (5) years experience in IBM mainframe software development which includes: ADABAS/NATURAL, TSO, ISPF, FTP, SecureFTP and JCL. This experience must be verifiable and references are required.
3) Demonstrated ability (as provided through evidence of previous projects) to work in a team environment as well as function independently. This
experience must be verifiable and references are required.
4) Demonstrated ability (as provided through evidence of previous projects) to work under pressure of deadlines. This experience must be verifiable and references are required.
