We are searching for a top ETL Developer. This contract opportunity will be for at a minimum 4 months with the possibility to go perm for the ideal candidate. ETL Developer Description: ETL Developers are technical staff members responsible for the development and testing of ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) code. Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Work as a member of the delivery team to implement reporting and analytic solutions to our business partners Develop application and database ETL code for data movement in support of reporting and analytic applications Test and troubleshoot ETL processes to assure high quality data solutions Qualifications: -Bachelors degree in technical, business, or management discipline; or equivalent professional experience -Minimum 5 years IT experience -Minimum 2 years of experience developing business intelligence solutions -Must have web log experience Primary Skills The primary skills required for the ETL Developer role are: Experience with Informatica in a high-volume environment. Experience developing in an Oracle database environment Experience with web log data Working knowledge of dimensional modeling techniques Strong verbal and written communication skills A sound general knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts Highly Desirable Skills The following skills that are highly desirable for the ETL Developer role are: Experience with other market-leading BI technologies such as MicroStrategy a plus Requirements: -Must have Web Log experience -Must have experience in Informatica Version 8 -Oracle 10 -strong basic SQL writing skills -Must have minimum 4 years of experience in these areas -- -- Thanks & Regards, Rudhra | Cigniti Inc.
