Skills* Core and Technical Competencies: - *Requirements gathering experience * - *Healthcare experience is required * - *Data Warehouse experience* - *Strong PL**/SQL and Oracle database experience. * - *Facets is a big plus but not required. Facets is the "source system" for all the data needed to generate the required reports. * - Data Stage as an ETL tool is a desired skill but not required. - *These analysts must have the ability to analyze data and perform system requirements gathering tasks all the way down to documenting specific data models. Candidates must have gap analysis experience to be able to determine if it has appropriate data to generate the reports. * - *Candidates must have strong experience running JAD sessions with the Business stakeholders. * - Experience with story cards is highly preferred - *Our client has a very large data element for its Operational Reporting area. The data store for the reports holds data but doesn't have main data set access from Facets. Therefore, ETL rules need to be determined to get data from the main data store into Operational Reporting data set.
