*Location: NJ Area or Dallas Area* *Description* - Seeking for candidates with ICC (Instant Convergent Charging) product knowledge. Prepaid billing. - The Prepaid Billing Consultant must have minimum 5 years of requirements definition and implementation experience supporting ICC billing solutions and usage data based scenarios. - Experience desired in 3G CDMA / UMTS/GSM wireless domain. - The candidate must be a Subject Matter Expert who can consult on the specific call detail records, and other usage data files, recommended rating strategies, etc. to facilitate integration with selected mediation system. - The candidate should be able to hands-on deploy, integrate and, sometimes lead project teams in, Instant Convergent Charging (ICC) solution end-to-end domain - Be able to consult and guide customer on gathering the required pre-requisites for OSP configuration (IP, SS7, etc..) for CNI / DTG documents. Guide customer in network bandwidth and capacity requirements. - Install and configure ICC and OSP for multiserver configuration. Be able to consult on different failover scenarios - Configuration / testing of ICC services and network interfaces including SS7/sigtran support - Configure and implement tariff plans in ICC after consultation with customer on current plans - Support backoffice integration including business / process flows over the HLAPI. - Support customer on product functional testing of solution. - Troubleshoot issues and be able to work with backoffice teams to drive resolutions. *-- Have a great day!!!
