*Job Description:* *Mandatory Minimum of 8 years experience in overseeing medium to large scaled projects comprised of sub-projects and distinct deliverables, 3 years of which includes HIPAA standards implementation.* *Desirable Skills Knowledge of proposed 5010 HIPAA transactions and ICD-10. Experience with Industry Standards Groups responsible for HIPAA transaction standards. Experience with assessment, analysis and systems integration of HIPAA provisions within a large Medicaid system. Experience examining the methods and processes of the business flow within a diverse public or private service delivery organization involving a large scale data processing system; including identifying target processes, maximizing efficiencies, managing change and leveraging technology investments to re-engineer the enterprise's business functions. Experience with assessment, analysis and systems integration of HIPAA provisions within large scale information systems.
