a.. Strong communications and customer service skills.
b.. Candidate must possess solid analytical, technical, written and oral
communication skills.
This is a technical position. But the candidate is expected to have good
functional knowledge in Order Management , Service Contracts, Install Base,
Order to cash flow with good experience in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/Sql,
workflow, xml publisher, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Applications Interfaces.
Preferably good exposure to xml technologies, Integration tools like Tibco,
BPEL etc."
