Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (10 points) 2. Four (4) or more years experience performing development work in the .net Framework 1.1, 2.0 or 3.0 and ASP.net. (15 points) 3. Four (4) or more years experience in the technical design of large multi-tiered applications using Object Oriented design patterns. (15 points) 4. Five (5) or more years experience developing complex, large-scale multi-tiered web applications using ASP.net, Visual Source Safe, COGNOS report development, VB.net, Oracle PL/SQL, WebServices, XML and JavaScript. (30 points) 5. Five (5) or more years experience identifying and documenting business processes, business rules and user requirements. Experience in quality assurance testing and documentation of defects using HP Test Director. Experience on Financial Systems is preferred.
