*Project or Assignment Overview*** Create a two way interface between CRM Leads Mgt system & Yes Mail (3rdParty bolt-on). This interface will extract leads information on daily basis and export data to Grainger's SFTP server. Yes mail will pick up this data on nightly basis & process HTML based emails. Once emails are processed, yes mail will provide status of send emails with bounce back information on SFTP Server. Yes mail file processing is done by Yes mail programmer and is covered by G.com SOW. Once bounce back file is deployed on Grainger SFTP server, it will be processed back in CRM leads mgt system with status update. *Methodology* *Deliverables* Development n Functional ABAP program to Extract Data from SAP CRM & deploy to SFTP server n Program to Load data into CRM that we get from Yes Mail. n Testing n Documentation n Follow Grainger ABAP Standards
