Position: .Net Developer Location: Springfield IL Duration: 6months Note: Need GC/Citizen Only Responsibilities 1) Work with the Business Analyst 2) Serve as the system design specialist for the project. 3) Ensure system architecture is consistent with ITS guidelines. 4) Define and validate physical system requirements. 5) Serve as liaison between Business Analysts and technical experts. 6) Complete coding and testing as outlined in specifications. 7) Monitor and analyze performance issues. 8) Track performance test defects. 9) Assist team in resolving performance testing issues. 10) Provide status reports as requested by the Project Manager and log time spent on the project. 11) Follow project facilitating processes as outlined in the Project Plan. 12) Participate in the review of test results. 13) Work with the Project Team and user areas to ensure a smooth transition from project to implementation. 14) Participate in walk-throughs and reviews as needed. 15) Create project deliverables for area of responsibility. 16) Review and approve project deliverables as needed. 17) Attend project meetings as needed to fulfill responsibilities. Skill Sets 1) Experience with developing Web Services 2) Experience with developing within Visual Studio 2008 3) Experience with developing web-based applications 4) Experience with developing SQL Server 2005 objects (tables, views, stored procs).
