* Lead the "transformer clean-up" initiative -analyze the existing transformers in the transformation layer and document them accordingly * Assist XML applications integration project (J2EE Based) * Translates business and technical requirements into detailed design specifications for application code and modules * Provides design recommendations and specifications, developing software programs/solutions by following team's SDLC process * Unit tests and implements application modules the team has developed or modified, ensuring application meets the objectives of the project * Colloborate with resources (technical, PM, Analysts) from other teams to ensure the success of the project * Provide development status updates to the team lead on regular basis * Performs other duties as required * **Required Skills:* * 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing XML applications using XML, XSLT, XPath and other XML related technologies (Preferably on J2EE platform) * 2+ years of Java web development experience (i.e. Struts) * Experience in migrating XML based applications * Working knowledge with UNIX (or Linux) * Working knowledge with Oracle PL/SQL development in 9i/10g environment * Working knowledge with SVN * Self-motivated, detail oriented, and highly responsible * Strong analytical and problem solving skills (ability to analyze complex XLST transformations and XML schemas) * Strong communications skills * Automated unit testing for XSLT using open source testing tools Preferred Skills: * Understanding of HR-XML Schema * XSLT Design Pattern * BIRT Reporting on Eclipse * Expericence with any integration techologies (EDI, EST or SOA) /Products (Jitterbit, Cast Iron or Gentran GIS) are major pluses. -- Thanks & Regards Sandeep RapidIT, Inc. 5480 McGinnis Village Pl Suite#104 Alpharetta, GA 30005 Phone: 678-369-4466 Fax: 678 366 3822 [email protected] Website: www.rapiditinc.com Note: We respect your Online Privacy.
