Minimum Requirements:
*The desired person should have done similar automation using Novell
Identity Manager installation and configuration with a number of customers
(references needed) of size comparable to CCC with multiple parallel
synchronized eDirectory instances with hundreds of thousands of accounts.
*Analysis:
Review Current IDM environment and procedures and identify IDM servers and
version levels Review versions of IDM, OS and eDirectory in production and
recommend any upgrades if needed
Verify test environment
Design and testing (in cooperation with my team):
Define eDirectory trees and contexts, users and attributes to be provisioned
into the GroupWise system
Define synchronized attributes and their mappings between two production
Novell directories (Identity Vault and File and Print trees)
Define changes that trigger synchronization
Define resources / skills and CCC resources needed
Develop testing criteria
Perform development and testing in test environment
Test GroupWise integration
Together with client - review test and approve production installation
Deploy:
Install and configure GroupWise IDM components
Perform validation testing
Troubleshoot and correct the configuration as necessary
Finalize documentation

Novell Identity Manager
We have a need for a very short engagement (few weeks) of a Novell Identity
Manager expert who could in cooperation with our team install Novell
GroupWise Identity Manager (IDM) driver so that GroupWise email accounts are
created simultaneously with CCC's already existent automated nightly
IDM creation of new Novell accounts. His or her main tasks would be
to analyze and prepare the project, perform testing, install and
configure the IDM drivers, and upon successful
completion, document configuration, operation and maintenance.
