Job Title : System Analyst/Process
Modeler
Location : Washington, DC
Duration : 3+ months
RATE : $50/hr
PROJECT/POSITION DESCRIPTION:
a.. Strong communications and customer service skills.
b.. Candidate must possess solid analytical, technical, written and oral
communication skills.
NOTES: MUST have at least 3-5 years of US work experience and
residence history!!
Manager suggested: 2 search phrases may be beneficial: 1) Lombardi
Blueprint tool, and 2) intelligent data entry.
The System Analyst/Process Modeler will have experience understanding
and producing process models, using a variety of modeling tools. The System
Analyst/Process Modeler will have experience understanding how web-based
applications work and will be able to analyze the underlying data and processes
in the applications. The System Analyst/Process Modeler must be able to
translate their understanding of the changes required to web-based applications
into detailed specification documents. The System Analyst/Process Modeler must
be able to converse, listen to, and understand technical and business
discussions related to web-based applications. This individual must be able to
work with others in small or large group activities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Work with the project team to analyze system requirements and
review/produce specifications for any new/change to technology applications.
Work with the project team to convert process models in a variety of
formats into the Lombardi Blueprint tool.
Requirements:
a.. U.S. Citizen or person with valid U.S. Work Visa who has lived in
the U.S. for 3 or more years
b.. Bachelor Degree;
c.. Experience using business process modeling tools like BPwin,
System Architect, etc. Experience with Lombardi Blueprint.
d.. Demonstrated ability to communicate and interface with the
public, commercial, and government IT infrastructure is a plus.
e.. 3 or more years experience/understanding of systems development
and analysis.
f.. Must possess an understanding of IT and business processes·
g.. Must possess analytical skills related to IT applications,
systems, and portals.
Candidates selected will be subject to a Government background
investigation and must meet eligibility requirements.
