This role will be the main liaison between business users and technical teams to: · Identify, analyze, and gather business requirements. Create high level functional design. · Develop project proposals, Use Case development and analysis. · Develop and execute test plans with the QA resource. Provide support to Project Manager to ensure projects meet required timelines and deliverables. · Facilitate meetings and communication with users and technical associates · Ability to Prototype using XHTML/CSS Qualifications: · The ability to create positive and professional business relationships with business and technology. Excellent follow through and initiative. · Strong analytic and problem solving skills. · Strong verbal and written communication skills that non-technical end users can understand. · Ability to present ideas and information in group settings. Facilitate group discussion and build consensus. · Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements gathering and development. · Proficient in developing Use Cases. · Knowledge of the full software development life cycle. · Familiarity with relational database design. · Minimum 4 years experience in business/systems analysis *Required Skills:*** *The most important skill set is Ability to Prototype using XHTML/CSS.* Need to have strong relational database experience. · Familiarity with Word, Visio, Excel and/or MS Project · Data Analysis -- Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
