Sometimes w/ testing things have to go back to dev – this person will have to work w/ users in case they have questions .. really HAVE to know *ELM (Enterprise Learning Management)..* *don’t have to be technical, but must know ins and outs of how ELM works* – * If done 2-3 implementations that would be ideal… -communicate well w/users when they are getting antsy and high-strung - pick up things quickly. Have functional person in house that will assist this person and get ramped up. Have project going on where they have purchased another module from Psoft call ELM - enterprise learning.. .using to manage field certification for field employees. Certifying them to do jobs, so when they have someone go out to repair a gas vein etc., there are qualifications they have to have in order to do that.. could be a certain cert, class, etc… and they keep all this info in ELM. This will tell us whether the person is qualified to do the job, whether or not you have the cert.. will tell managers how many mgrs have the cert and are available.
