They are responsible for thoroughly testing software packages and integrated systems to ensure proper operation. An important part of the analyst's job is to identify, document, and classify software defects so that quality assurance metrics are accurate and actionable. Qualifications: • 3 - 5 years Testing experience • Create and maintain test documents in accordance with QA standards • Conduct unit, regression, integration, and performance tests • Participate in sprint planning with development and create corresponding sprint test plans • Coordinate the creation of system test plans, test cases, and test executions with the test team • Coordinate defect validation and reporting with the test team and assist the development team in recreating defects • Create, manage, and maintain test environments as required • Monitor product quality throughout the release life cycle • Develop and institute quality process improvements • Perform QA Analyst Team Lead activities • Experience in quality assurance and testing standards and practices • Experience in testing Microsoft-based software • Experience with test automation software including Microsoft Test Manager • Basic understanding of Agile software development principles and test driven development • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently • Excellent work ethic • Effective written and oral communication skills • Position will require up to 25% national travel *Thanks & Regards.......* ______________________________________________________ *Feroz khan*,,, *[image: canoesys logo.png]**Canoesys Inc* !! 3315 Algonquin Road Suite # 102 Rolling Meadows, IL 60008 !!
