Mach 1 Level 3 MM/WM Support Analyst Job Description The Level 3 Material
Management & Warehouse Management Business Process Specialist will serve a
global user base of the Mach1 Material Management and Warehouse Management
solution. The Level 3 (L3) Support Analyst will provide process and tool
subject matter expertise for Mach1 Procure To Pay, Inventory Management &
Warehouse Management process areas and related SAP MM/WM module- end-to-end
functionalities. (Job scope/responsibilies may change in future based on
enterprise business needs or in respond to Mach1 program direction.)
Additionally, the L3 Support Analyst will serve as a Subject Matter Expert
(SME) for the Support Services Section support model, methods and
processes. Under general direction, the L3 Support Analust will coordinate
and deliver solutions for break fix support requests, information requests
and service requests related to the Mach1 solution for system users. The L3
consultant will also be involved in approved Multi-Generation
Product-Process Planning (MGPP) enhancements that have been approved for
interim releases. Activities may include: q creating Functional designs for
enhancements of existing SAP functionality for interim releases q
configuration for system enhancements q testing system modifications q
performing system maintenance(configuration, master data) q analyzing and
evaluating SAP system processes and user needs. In partnership with the
Mach 1 Global Template Services team and other SME’s the L3 Support Analyst
will: q recommend, modify, or configure new processing techniques q resolve
critical SAP development issues q research, develop, and propose both short
and long term solutions to SAP system requirements. ROLES &
RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties are typical for this role. Incumbents
may not perform all of the listed duties and/or may be required to perform
additional or different duties from those set forth below to address
business needs and changing business practices. Operational Support q

team QUALIFICATIONS Specific SAP Skill Requirements: q Strong SAP
application and configuration experience in at least one of the modules
below: q SAP MM- Material Management q SAP WM – Warehouse Management q
SPRO- Configuration for MM/WM q Knowledge of SAP Cross-Functional
configuration Education and Experience Guidelines q Bachelor’s degree from
an accredited College or University q Four years of progressively
responsible information technology experience in enterprise resource
planning (ERP) systems, including two years of SAP project management
experience q
