USG direct client is looking for *Business Analyst with Pharma and Revitas *at
*Bridgewater, NJ*



*1.         Sr. Business Analyst/Lead with a solid understanding of the
Revenue Management processes in a Pharmaceutical environment.*

*2.         3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Revitas
application software.  Solid functional knowledge of Revitas modules such
as CARS, Government Pricing and Medicaid.*

*3.         Revitas upgrade or implementation experience - at least
participated in one project.*

*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: *at minimum, the candidate must be able to perform
the following:

·         Work with project stakeholders, end-users and IT project teams to
gather business requirements for system upgrades and/or enhancements.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of project objectives, IT/business
processes, and strategies of IT and business functions.

·         Elicit, analyze, document, and validate detailed business and
user requirements; identify gaps between system capabilities and business
requirements; and map capabilities to requirements to ensure that business
needs are met. Create necessary business requirements documents, workflow
diagrams and specifications.

·         Effectively use interviewing skills or different techniques to
fully explore an IT or a business problem to understand functional and
non-functional requirements.

·         Assist in the translation of business requirements into test
conditions and expected results for application functionality, and user
acceptance testing (UAT).

·         Develop and manage UAT plans and test cases. Develop end-to-end
test scripts, if necessary assist in test cases execution, gather and
analyze test results for the remediation and re-testing process.

·         Assist with the development and execution of change management
and training during the Implementation of system solutions.

·         Demonstrate a strong understanding of project management
principles and can contribute to defining work plans and keeping track of
progress.

·         Develop business area process models, activity diagrams and use
cases

·         Own and author UAT Plan and UAT Results Report, manage UAT
execution

·         Prepare or oversee identification of application defects,
correlate with detailed business and user requirements, and assign
priorities based on business input

·         Prepare or oversee response to unresolved / open issues and
participate in analysis and resolution.

·         Facilitate meetings with IT and business colleagues on IT topics.
Develop agendas, document meeting minutes and publish as required.

*SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: *

·         Strong oral and written communication skills; an ability to
present and discuss technical, functional and managerial information
clearly and concisely, establish rapport, persuade others, and gain
understanding.

·         Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex
interpersonal and other issues.

·         Experience with navigating complex interpersonal and business
relationships is required.

·         Experience with system landscapes and process mapping is required.

·         Experience with eliciting and documenting business requirements
is required.

·         Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.

·         Keen attention to detail.

·         Good problem solving skills.

·         Strong influencing and negotiation skills.

·         Good team leadership skills.

·         Excellent customer service skills.

·         Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office
applications, SharePoint ECM and Project Management tools like MS-Project
and Visio.

·         Working knowledge of global ERP systems and Revenue Management
systems like Revitas/iMany Suite.

·         Minimum of 5 years of Business Analysis and Project
Management/Delivery experience

·         Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a
high-pressure environment.

·         Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

·         Ability to serve as individual contributor or project leader if
needed.

·         Understands fundamentals of System Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC)

·         Project experience with COTS and Web-based requirements, design,
or development.

·         3-5 years of Pharmaceutical, Bio-Technology, Life Science
industry experience.

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management or a related
field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred from a recognized university or
institution.

·         Business analysis certification (CBAP) or Project Management
(PMP) a plus.

·         Working knowledge of operating systems, technical database
concepts and design.
