USG direct client is looking for *Web administrator/Implementer *at *San Jose, CA*
*Mandatory Technical Skill:-* o Help plan and prepare for content management system, Coveo. o Independently able to administer fully functional websites. o Manage multiple websites infrastructure, installation and configuration of web applications including Apache open source, deploying modules, configuration updates. o Full understanding of transport layers, TCP/IP, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, AJAX, DHTML, XHTML, PHP, JAVA, SQL, and such industry standard markup & query languages. o Able to maintain, test and quality assure web server software, equipment and networks, including monitoring of website servers front end and back end performance and functionality. o Other tasks may include consultation with peers, communication about website statistics, hardware upgrades, security policies, and technical standards. o Three years’ experience in web server administration and/or content management administration (required) o A strong competence with user interface design. Be able to discuss the tradeoffs between accessibility, usability, and security. (Required) o Knowledge of web technologies. Be able to discuss relationships between HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
