Work would include gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements, testing, some hands on system configuration and development, and working with internal and vendor resources to support a large Kronos implementation. *Requirements:* • Experience working as a Systems Analyst. • Experience gathering, developing and writing Functional Requirements Documents (FRD). • Strong SQL and Oracle DB skills. Experience working in Kronos Software Environment. • Ability to monitor and enhance performance of DB though indexing etc. • Ability to write and diagnose queries. Prior Kronos DB management experience would helpful. *Other desired technical skills include:* • AIX experience. • UNIX experience. • Windows CE experience. • Microsoft Visual Studio experience would be a plus (Kronos report writing).
