*Job Description:*

The Test Manager will lead large teams responsible for the testing of high
quality applications and assist in the overall delivery to production. The
primary objective of the role is to manage the daily operations of the
functional test teams, and co-ordinate with performance engineering and
automation testing teams, to ensure the delivery of best-practice testing
for the customers and helping with business development while working at
client sites.

*Roles and Responsibilities:-*

·         Managing the System Test team.

·         Lead, plan and direct the activities of test engineers,
maximizing effectiveness.

·         Responsible for analyzing, generating, estimating and delivering
test cases and

Test plans within the constraints of time, cost and quality, to the
customer’s

satisfaction, acting as a responsible point of contact for the team.

·         Manage and measure performance and delivery against work plans,
and take

corrective action where necessary.

·        To be actively involved in evolving and improving the testing
methodology Drive continuous process improvement.

·        To undertake such other work as is necessary to achieve the
overall objectives of The System Test Team.

·        Ensure that where practicable, maximum benefit is recouped from
the System Test team.


*Skills*

·        Deep understanding of all software lifecycle development
disciplines - Project Management, Requirements Management, Analysis &
Design, Quality Assurance (Testing), Implementation, Deployment,
Configuration & Change Management

·        Experience managing multiple projects and large programs

·        Experience in ALM tool

·        Proven experience in a Systems Testing environment with project
management responsibility for repetitive or concurrent three month to
one-year software project durations.

·        Prior administrative responsibility for three to five
professionals.

·        Clarity and conciseness in oral and written communications;
demonstrates capability to produce effective presentations for delivery to
both technical and non-technical audiences.

·        Strong interpersonal skills to achieve process changes and
departmental goals within the organization; ability to communicate and work
well with others at all levels of the corporation.
