*INTERVIEW MODE: Phone then F2F* *We're seeking a Sr. UX Designer for our client implementing an overhaul to one of their major systems. * · This is a long-term project . Your main responsibilities will include wireframing, prototyping, user reviews and visual design stacks. *Required Skills & Responsibilities:* · *MUST HAVE portfolio outlining projects, wireframes, prototypes and other UX work* · *6+ years of experience working as a User Experience Designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect (or closely related field) in the design of websites, web applications, desktop, and/or mobile applications.* · *Create Sketches, Wireframes & Interactive Prototypes* · Lead Design/Whiteboard Sessions · Create Visual Designs and Specs · Conduct user research and testing to validate user-centered design decisions · Maintain existing style guide · Perform audits on your designs once they are built · Other (information architecture, task flows, mockups, etc.) · Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and usability principles · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Excellent facilitation skills and ability to effectively lead whiteboard design sessions · Attentive to details while successfully juggling multiple assignments and competing priorities · * Proficiency with Axure and Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools* · Solid understanding of the technical implications of design. · Practical knowledge of user research methods, including lab-based usability studies, field studies, and usability inspections (heuristic evaluations or cognitive walkthroughs) *Please share your updated resume at *akansh...@usgrpinc.com* or feel free to contact me at **614-401-5194* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-HRMS-India" group.
