The developer will collaborate with our Product managers, Project Managers and QAs to do interface design and backend functionality. This role sits between the user experience creation and back-end development; the skills of the individual include familiarity with design so they understand what is being requested by the Product Team and deep coding experience to allow them to enable the design across distributed environment *Responsibilities & Tasks:* · Applies general industry standard programming techniques to ensure the efficient program logic and quality · Analysis and participant in review of business requirement to decide the design principle while providing impact of current system and cost of development · Develop and maintain unit test, integration test diligently · Proactively communicate with peers, other parties and managers as project progresses · Deliver end-to-end functionality to get the job done with minimum supervising · Excel in root cause analysis based on the series of proofs *Required Skills & Knowledge:* · Minimum of 9 years of Java programming. Minimum of 7 years of software development experience with web applications. · In depth knowledge of Java and J2EE oriented technology · Great understanding of Object Oriented Design (OOD) and design patterns · Strong experience with Front End JSP, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX and CSS · Strong experience with various Spring frameworks and ORM like Hibernate · Prior experience to produce and consume both SOAP and rest web service · Developer level of understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, preferably with Oracle · Hands on experience with different level of testing including unit test and integrate test · Experience with application server platforms: WebSphere and JBoss. · Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and practice · Have experience optimizing the application code for performance/speed is a plus · Experience with Subversion, Jenkins, Sonar and Continuous Integration is a plus · Education BS or higher in Computer Science or comparable discipline is a plus -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-HRMS-India" group.
