*Interview Type: Phone, & Skype or F2F* *Job Description**:* We are looking for someone who can display critical thinking, is a self-starter and has a good understanding of how data flows through IT systems. The Business Analyst has broad-based responsibilities for the functional design, specification and deployment of Finance Systems Architecture based on current state vs future state. Focus on document data flow lineage, transformations, usage, data dictionary, and mapping of source system data. The Business Analyst will work on requirements, mapping, documentation, data analysis, training, and build out solution to anticipate changes to Regulatory Reporting architecture. *Must have:* Need BA’s with experience at other *banks *and with knowledge of *regulatory reporting.* , the main function is to understand *databases, write Business and Functional requirements* for regulatory reporting and also have *finance knowledge.* Hyperion, Financial Consolidation Reporting, Oracle (OFSAA), or General Ledger Automation Experience (Back office Accounting system and Reference Database creation) *Broad business analyst requirements:* · Elicit, analyse, and document user requirements and business processes. · Develop functional specification requirements for IT development. · Define, test and execute the migration strategy. · Define and implement the framework of first level controls. · Manage issues and escalate effectively. · Ensure on-time quality delivery of projects assigned. · Liaise with cross-functional teams (business groups, IT and PMO organizations) in New York, New Jersey, Montreal, Mumbai, London and Paris *More specific requirements for finance data management team:* · Understands and can document data flow lineage, transformations and usage, including ensuring complete data dictionary, process maps are in place and appropriate data owners are identified · Understand and perform appropriate data quality assessments and profiling · Identify lowest level data element required to generate necessary values for reporting requirements · Remediate gaps between business needs and current available data flows with respect to issues including but not limited to data quality, granularity and sourcing *Previous Experience with the Following Preferred:* · Financial Consolidation · Loan IQ · OMR · Murex *Please share your updated resume at *akansh...@usgrpinc.com* or feel free to contact me at **614-401-5194* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-HRMS-India" group.
