*Interview: Face to Face* *Job Description:-* Senior Project Manager - Facilitate effective project, program and/or portfolio management. Responsible for leading, coaching and supporting the activities of project team, assigning appropriate resources needed and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects using approved process methodologies and tools, within approved variances and change management. Mentor and collaborate with other project managers. Lead projects of large to very large size, medium to high risk and/or complexity and/or of strategic nature. Create, maintain, and manage deliverables appropriate for project rigor that lead to desired outcomes with vendors and sponsors. Manage project risks and issues with appropriate mitigations and actions plans. Ensure strategic projects/programs align to corporate strategy and business case. Coordinate proof-of-concepts and vendor selection. Facilitate effective contract negotiations. Assist with other project support processes and activities as needed, such as ideation, organizational change management and project benefit realization.
