*Job Description:-*



·         Function as CRM/Salesforce.com (SFDC) Project Manager.

·         Analyze and review technical architecture.

·         Present architecture options and recommendations.

·         Oversee the implementation of CRM/SFDC from an architectural
perspective.

·         Ability to provide advice on best practices and approaches to the
team and the client.

·         Strong knowledge of enterprise issues related to IT architecture.

·         Expert Knowledge with Sales functionality Implementations



 * Qualifications:*







·         A proven functional/technical professional with 10 years minimum
total experience as a Project Manager, 5 + years’

·         experience working with Salesforce.com /CRM with at least 3 full
lifecycle Salesforce.com Implementations.

·         Direct experience with SFDC Sales Cloud (application design,
architecture and development using Salesforce.com).

·         Solid functional knowledge of Sales functionality, preferred in
Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance industry.

·         Provides Business Architecture Solutioning representation in
support of IT architecture activities, particularly within the

·         CRM Sales areas.

·         Collaborates with architecture teams to ensure consistent
solution design and integration in direct support of business



*Objectives.*



·         Closely partners with customers to assess feasibility,
complexity, and scope of new capabilities and solutions.

·         Ensures that all capabilities delivered align with original
business objectives, Sales, Marketing, IT strategies, and design intent.

·         Possesses, develop, and applies knowledge of trends, relevant
system development technologies and methodologies.

·         Ensures quality and consistency of design, development (if
applicable), testing, and integration testing cycles and

·         deliverables, adhering to architecture, PMO, and compliance
guidelines.

·         Drives continuous improvement; may include design, definition of
roadmaps, standardization of processes and methodologies.

·         Collaborates and maintain working relationships with appropriate
technology vendor contacts and peer company contacts.

·         Provides Sales leadership and supporting roles on
transformational projects / programs – where integration of business
processes and technology is a key theme.

·         Prepares technical quality enter/exit gates for design,
integration testing, and deployment.

·         Provides advanced technical expertise; oversight and
accountability for resolution of outages, service level issues, and
user/customer support needs in collaboration with support groups and teams.

·         Ensures technical documentation is kept up to date (run books,
process diagrams, system information, technical documents).

·         Demonstrates strong partnership with other Sales teams in the
successful execution of standard processes and adoption of Sales paradigms
(Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting, Quota, Quotes, Campaign management,
change management, etc.).



·         Participates in the CM (Change Management) process and the
deployment of solutions to the production environment.

·         Defines proactive activities and tasks required for optimization
of stability, performance and architecture.

·         Performs special projects and departmental initiatives as needed.

·         Manages partners to deliver all or part of development projects.

·         Extensive experience of applying CRM solutions to business
requirements, in particular with Sales.

·         Good experience of designing, developing, testing, and supporting
distributed, scalable, highly available applications.

·         Must be able to work within Global IT and business team.

·         Demonstrated ability to work in a sourced model using
onsite/offshore model, development, support, QA, etc.

·         Demonstrated ability to translate business issues into IT
solutions, with a demonstrated proficiency in evolving and managing IT
system/service development/compliance management.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal,
conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

·         Professionalism in dealing with all levels of management and
staff.

·         Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high
volume, deadline-driven environment.

·         Proven project leadership skills with the ability to multi-task,
delegate and prioritize tasks.

·         Intimate understanding of multiple supplier technologies,
environments and infrastructure.

·         Experience of defining best practices and technology roadmaps and
ensuring alignment of technology roadmaps to business objectives.

·         Expert knowledge of technology and software design and deployment
principles.



·         Good capabilities around capacity planning and analysis.

·         Ability to analyze complex issues and cross functional issues
quickly.

·         Ability to architect overall application design.

·         Understands systems dependencies and interrelation to business.

·         Works effectively with internal customers and external partners
solving complex problems, handles large scale projects.

·         Can recommend and influence purchases.

·         Ability to articulate end-to-end technical requirements across
delivery functions.

·         Able to analyze complex cross functional and cross platform
issues.

·         Defines process improvements.

·         Extensive experience of working with internal and external
organizations solving complex problems and handling large scale projects.

·         Ability to conduct complex systems analysis and translate user
requirements into business solutions.

·         Ability to evaluate risks and define approaches for managing
project risks.

·         Ability to manage expectations with business and IT stakeholders
in terms of deadlines and scope.

·         Effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.

·         Prior Consulting Experience.

·         Strong Communications Skills with ability to work with clients
and cross functional teams.
