*Interview mode: Phone then F2F* *Job Description:-* · CCAR is a nice to have for this position *however balance sheet experience is a must have.* · US Regulatory project experience is needed. · This particular role is more non IHC. · Must have strong experience and knowledge of JOPs "jump off points" *Position Description: * · Business Analyst in Group Finance IT *Key Responsibilities: * · The position reports into the IT Business Partner Manager (Client Account Manager) with a functional reporting line into other · Project Managers servicing the Financial Accounting (FA) & Legal Entity Controllers business areas. *The BA is responsible for the following: * · Work with the user community to identify requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing functionality in the Regulatory systems. · Work with the BA lead to streamline conversion of business requirements to functional specifications · *Perform gap analysis, review functional requirement documents with Business, Dev and QA teams* · *Provide testing support during various test cycles UAT, UIT etc.* · SQL knowledge to run queries against databases for data analysis (Ideally should have been in a development role for 2-3 years in his/her career) · Analyze and leverage the data to provide input for various Compliance and Regulatory systems. · Perform Impact analysis/Regression testing of the changes done in the existing system. · Work with offshore teams and co-ordinate development and testing. · Knowledge of various US regulatory submissions *such as TIC B, TIC D, FFIEC, FR – etc. preferred.* *Essential Desirable* · Regulatory Reporting Experience · Financial Industry background *Please share your updated resume at *akansh...@usgrpinc.com* or feel free to contact me at **614-401-5194* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-HRMS-India" group.
