*Position: BA (E-Commerce) Client: Voya* *Location: Braintree, MA * *Duration: 7+ month contract * *MUST HAVE:* 1. 7+ years’ experience in BA role with web and mobile apps – ecommerce/digital IT 2. Currently leading/mentoring BA's in their current role and desire to do so in this role (not a PM though) 3. Ability to define strategy and roadmaps to get customer facing applications off the ground 4. 3+ years’ leadership experience as a BA Lead *NICE TO HAVE:* 1. Financial services/record keeping experience with Omni, 401K, 401b 2. Agile experience 3. Technical ability to code/front end web design *Job Description: *This resource will be leading teams of 2-3 BA's.They will still be hands on, but will have leadership/mentor capabilities.
