   - Technical and Functional Knowledge for OBI Apps
   - Functional Knowledge on Call Center Process, Service request,
   Contacts, Programs, Product
   - Life Science functional knowledge

·  Experience with usage of Universal adapters of OBI Apps

·  Proficient in OBIEE software – reporting & data modelling

·  Proficient in ODI software

·  Proficient in designing & developing ETL maps

·  Proficient with Oracle PL SQL procedures

·  Experience in gathering requirements / mockup of reports & Dashboard

·  Should have experience dealing with an Offshore team and have worked in
engagements in an Onsite- Offshore model

·  Experience in managing user community / process owners

·  Experience in defining the process around business analytics

·  Some knowledge around Pega / OBIEE integration and reporting

   - Coordinate meetings with business and make key business decisions.
   Meeting facilitator and liaison to the business.  Should have domain
   knowledge and Analytical Background
   - Help to Liaison between Business and technical team
   - Identify data elements & Data Mapping between Pega System and Data
   element which will be require for reporting
   - Help TCS development team with business process and logics
   - Develop Business Requirements Document and review with TCS team
   - Identify functional and non-functional reporting requirements and
   document in business requirements document
   - Review of Mock up reports / Dashboard / BI Publisher reports
   - Help Business users with tool functionality during UAT or any training
   sessions
   - Responsible to assist the TCS team with the data requirements
   - Assist in providing the relationship between various entities and data
   models.
   - To help understanding of source data Quality and availability
   - Define the complexity of the source system in terms of tables and
   fields.
   - Help the supplier to understand the data model to be used -
   complexity/structure/business areas.
   - Responsible to take the lead in defining and gathering business
   requirements, and other Business Analysis documentation including
   feasibility studies, business requirements definition (BRD), solution
   requirements definition (SRD), and test strategies in accordance with
   defined standards, and in such a way as they can be fully understood by the
   business and by the IT Providers.
   - Elaborate Functional Documentation for both End Users and Development
   Teams
   - Evaluate all the reporting requirements and review their priorities
   based on business criticality
   - Advises Covance executives on how BI (processes, practices and
   technologies) play a critical role in improving business management and
   optimization.
   - Explores the data and discovers patterns, meaningful
   - Relationships, anomalies and trends.
   - Provides direction for the planning, designing, and execution of user
   testing efforts.
   - Analyzes testing results to ensure the solution meets the needs of the
   business.
   - Provides support to test teams.
