Note : Local Consultant is preferred but not mandatory. Job Summary:- The Application Developer will be working in the company’s growing development team. They will be the primary contributor on all application development activities. This position will need to be proficient with C#, XML, SQL Server, and BizTalk. They will create code that is stable, efficient and reusable. Other responsibilities will include working with non-technical associates and translating business requirements into intuitive user interfaces. They will be able to evaluate and adapt new technologies to changing business needs. The Application Developer will work in a highly demanding and fast paced culture with an opportunity to influence best practices and future direction. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with CGPA no lower than 3.5. Version control: Comfortable using version control software. Documentation: Ability to document technical specifications to aid in knowledge transfer. Demonstrated work experience in C#, .NET, XML, XSLT, Web Services, SQL Server, and BizTalk development and administration. SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Object-Oriented Design principles and design patterns. Work experience in the health care industry is highly preferred. Experience with Agile methodology. General Job Duties and Responsibilities:- Perform all functions of development, documentation, testing, maintenance, and support for all relevant projects. Produce stable, efficient, reusable tools and applications. Work with stakeholders and teams to provide specs and implement, monitor, and create a finished product. Develop, monitor, and upgrade BizTalk solutions and components. Provide deployment support for BizTalk applications. Design, develop and support Service-Oriented Integration solutions using modern and standards-based Middleware platforms. Quickly learn new concepts and new technology. Communicate effectively with all parts of the organization. Create and maintain web-related technical documentation. Passion for learning new tools and technologies. Participate in agile and provide an estimate work time frames. Conduct all phases of SDLC. Adapt quickly to complex environments and company initiatives. Follow and refine best practices for the IT department. Work on multiple projects with multiple responsibilities. Provide support to the IT department and participate in cross training to broaden skills, talents and the team environment. Other duties as required by your supervisor.
