We have urgent opening for the position of * Electrical CAD **or ECAD* in *Waukesha, WI* *Let me know your Interests:* *Here is Job Description * *Role: Electrical CAD **or ECAD* *Location: **Waukesha, WI* *Duration : **12 months* Background Check before onboarding. USC / GC preferred. *Job description :* For ECAD 1. Develop and evaluate the design workflows and evaluate interaction with tools that produce the appropriate design practices that conform to business needs. 2. Responsible for executing user pilots and ensuring VOC CTQs are met by design workflow. 3. Evaluate engineering tools against requirements needed for a model based enterprise. 4. Create and document best practice documents to support implementation of MBD in the standard GEHC CAD environment (Cadence) with specific attention to the compliance to the internal and external standards 5. Evaluate design and analysis tools such as Cadence, Sigrity, DFMpro, Ansys and others that are necessary for the MBE to be deployed effectively across the electrical design community For Powe engineer: 1. Partner with the Global Supply chain to drive consolidation of power electronics, components and suppliers, across global businesses to deliver optimized total cost of ownership solutions to the business units. 2. Drive commonality in Power Electronics designs including: UPS, power inverters, power circuit boards, magnetics design, passive power components, battery and energy storage, and OTS power regulators. 4. Drive towards standardization of power systems deployment and delivering optimized solutions for total lifecycle support, prioritizing opportunities and collaborating with partners within TRMS, the business units, and central functions, like sourcing and service. 5. Designing power systems including circuit design, simulation, PWB layout, and packaging. 6.
