The primary focus of this position is to support the core HR Informational
System and all associated systems used by Human Resources and Payroll to
maximize effectiveness of business operations. Serves as HR analytical
expert in support of HR business processes, data integration and system
enhancement. Reporting to the Manager, HRIS, the individual will be
responsible for day to day support of HRIS activities, ensuring data
integrity and accuracy of employee information, development of standard
reporting and ongoing analytics, recommending and instituting process
improvements, and evaluating and implementing new "systems" to meet
business requirements.

* Requirements:*


   - Bachelor's Degree required, preferred: Degree in Computer Science,
   Information Systems, Human Resources or related field.
   - 4-7 years of experience as HRIS Analyst.
   - Solid understanding of HRIS relational database design, structure,
   functions and processes.
   - Experience implementing and supporting various HRIS platforms (ADP,
   PeopleSoft, SAP) and functionally specific applications (ATS, talent
   management, ESS, MSS).
   - Solid HR functional knowledge with work experience in HR function
   beyond general HRIS support.
   - Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including workflows.
   - Thorough knowledge of MSExcel advanced tools and demonstrated
   application of skills.
   - Able to effectively manage time and prioritize projects to meet
   established deadlines.
   - Requires ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a
   team environment; communicate effectively and patiently, in both written
   form and verbally, with all levels of the organization.
