Never seen it.  If you are not doing manual archiving, and made in error
while doing that, I guess there is a corruption.  If this was for only one
log, I would do a backup as soon as possible, as the previous backup may
very well not be usefull. Backup also control file to trace to see what it
is going to tell about the redo log files.  If those errors keep repeating
the corruption is probably either in the control file or in the redo log
files.  If it is in the redo log file, they are somewhere easier to fix.
Make sure that corruption is not in both control and redo, as the recovery
in that case is a bit tricky.
