Careful!! You need to use the SAME password for APPS and APPLSYS. Also (maybe new in 11i?): p. 171 of the Admin manual says that ALL the schema passwords have to be the same. I'm referring to the section "Change Oracle Apps Password" in Ch. 6 of "Maintaining Oracle Applications Rel 11i" part A83525-01. I'm just starting on 11i myself else I'd know the answers for sure instead of quoting you the manual!
