If you have Perl DBI available, Richard Sutherland is doing some amazing Perl
work with a new module called DDL-Oracle. Included with the download are
several tools (eg: ddl.pl, defrag.pl), which you might be able to adapt to fit
your required usage? Anyhow, here's the download address:
