Hi Paul,
I've tried most of the major nntp services available in this part of the world
and the lag is almost always more than 1 hour, commonly 4 or 5 and sometimes 12
hours. The lag on the lazy dba list is just a few minutes, and the lag on this
one is never more than an hour.
