Shutdown.exe.is part of the NT resource Kit. So I probably wouldn't class
it as freeware.
Bill
would have a fit. :-)

Hi all,I am looking for a utility (preferably freeware), which can perform a scheduled shutdown of NT 4.0 server. This I need because of inconsistent behavior of NT for Oracle Services. I want to do a scheduled restart after every night backup(scheduled).Appreciate your inputs and suggestions.TIA,Rajesh
