i don't know, my copy [well highlighted and scribbled in] is next to me while i work
and i still learn things from it. bought a copy for my Jr. DBA to train from too.
seems to have worked well for that too. and i have been at this DBA stuff for a few
years now.
as for writing a book, no way i'd try to make money from it. if i ever take part in
that activity, i'll want to write it the way i see it and not worry about making money.
